There is a train station out side a pub in Wool....

I would understand it if was just the train passing along, but how the feck do you sleep through when they were sounding their (very loud) horns every time they go past.

I’m deaf and they woke me up at 5am.

PS - we worked out later it’s because there are two pedestrian crossings of the tracks a bit further down so they have to issue a warning on approach.

Noise cancelling headphones and an ability to sleep through most stuff + lived near a mainline railway, it's amazing how quickly you zone it out

Speak for yourself, when the tw@t sounded his horn in the early hours I reckon I levitated about 6" above my camp bed!
