Some advice needed in buying and looking for a used 1150gs

Hi,

I joined the forum and became an official tosser last week. Only in membership though now I am looking to put my money where my mouth is and get a gs. Some of you might have seen my posts already in the wanted section and the the 1100/1150 section.

This is more a note to ask if something pops up for sale in the region to let me know. The bikes in the for sale section at the moment are to far away. I am looking to spend around 3400 pounds maybe a bit more for the right bike. Any dealers I should keep an eye out for? Although the BMW dealers only tend to have young ones.

sometimes the bike you want, isnt on your door step.

whats the worst that can happen?

you get a lift to collect a bike about 300 miles away.

its taken a day, and £60 fuel.
