hi phlupe..can you tell me the brand of the video camera please..beacuse great filming..many thanks.

@buellzebub: That's gonne be difficult, I don't keep gps tracks and besides, I wouldn't know how to. I'm far from being a gsp wiz :toungincheek
I'll see if I can highlight the route on a ViaMichelin, and do a pritn screen/paste or whatever to show you where it is.

@mozencesme: I use the Contour Plus HD (720), a great piece of kit. Easy to use, and to align, only downside is that it doesn't have a screen, so you're not able to see what you've done untill you're back home, behind a pc.

I've got some old films overhere, made with a bulletcam, atached to the bike, I'll see if I can upload them. The quality isn't as good though.

For the rest of the film of this trip, I still have to take it through Premiere, and I'll post some on a regular bases.

Grtz, Philip!

Great vids Philip, thanks for sharing.

Incidentally I was in Germany yesterday and unable to view them. Presumably something to do with the soundtrack and copyright. Working fine from London today though.

I'm guessing the wind noise renders the video's unusable without the soundtrack overlayed or is the Contour's mic better than most?

Yeah, Youtube said me that these video's are blocked in Germany, they might contain music which is owned by some record company, I don't really know.

About the mic, I'm gonna do some testing with it, glue a type of foame over it, and see how it effects the sound, 'cause now it's pretty much useless. The wind is making to much noise, can't even hear the engine reving :(

Grtz, Philip!

I'm using Abode Premiere Elements 7.0, really stable program once you find out how it works. Allthough it's not easy to find out :eek

Grtz, Philip!

The same software that I now own, still not done a nice clipped selection of videos like you.

Without been a cock (me) would you find it strange to do a video of making a video with some text..:augie
