The Sony K750i as well as being a phone and excellent MP3 player takes huge photos.

The first two have been resized smaller

The last one is full size, with a one gig card in the phone you have 3 items (Phone/camera/MP3 player) all in one :thumb

Oh and it was free too so that makes it even better

pretty cool Paul...i'm waiting for the W800i on orange..cos it comes with a 512 card free... and that means i can use it as a MP3 player as well :)
but tell me this as the 750i and the W800i are basically the same phone have you got an connector for the autocom so you can use the phone on the go?

PS did you try the 3 tariff thing?

I wouldn't use the phone on the go as a phone but, as an MP3 player :thumb contact Autocom as they can supply the connector.

I did try the 3 tariff but couldn't be arsed to argue with the bloke on the other end when he said no.. I'm off work at the mo with a throat problem and any conversation lasting more than a minute is a big nono so, I just renewed the existin tariff.

I've been a Nokia man for probably 10 years now and that was one of my worries.

The user interface is very easy to use but is is different to Nokias menu format but, you soon get used to it.

The pro's of this phone far out weigh the 'hassle' of getting used to something new (the menu).

One of the only down sides of the 750 and the W800i is that they don't use the same power supplies as previous Sony Ericssons...so you have to buy new car chargers etc.... as Bill found to his cost at Lachinch :)

The conections are different because of some new faster data transfer system SE are using so you can load loads of music quicker.... well, so they say

It's a nice phone.......have been very pleased with mine so far (apart from not having a 12v charger and finding out that the thing hasn't been released in Ireland so I was bollixed).

It's a shame that you can only use the FM radio withthe hands free wire attached, but it's not that g ood anyway reception wise so I doubt I'll use that much at all.

Be careful with the screen..mine's already got a few little scratches on it already....I haven't put it in a case like you yet Paul but it's on the list of things to do in the next day or three.

When I got it, I scoffed at the little torch it's got on its arse....but boy did it come in handy walking back to a B&B in Waterford last week after a few guiness....the road was very dark and the lane we had to walk up even darker......it made finding Ianf's hand a lot easier for me and Nadeem :D

Amazingly, though it was on for half an hour or more, it didn't shag the battery........very impressed. :thumb

Just ordered one of these for it.

The light helped me out too yesterday, had to fix a water leak under a sink and forgot to take a tourch with me... that little pair of LEDs sure does throw some light out :thumb

I dunno, I'm quite happy with my Nokia 6230i pics. Smaller res I think at 1.3MP, but quality's OK
