Woman just came back into the pub 1/2 an hour ago. “Can I have a word?”
Told me she had just reversed into a bike in the car park.:spitfire
Car park can accommodate about 40 cars, there was hers and two others and the bike out there. Bike is a Yamaha XTX. I picked it up, its fecken light, and had a look for damage.
Bike is owned by a mate of mine, his partner works in the pub. He is away in their car running some errands, due back in wee while. She asked if I would tell him ! Course I will tell him. Stupid fecken woman.:mad: How can you not see a fecken bike and reverse into it? The mirrors aren't just there for doing yir fecken make up fer fecks sake.:eek:eek
I can see a couple of scratches on the exhaust and not much more damage but the bloke that ownes the bike is ex army and ever so slightly anal when it comes to cleaning his bike. Im not looking forward to telling him:o

Yep, most people, non- bikers anyway, would have just driven off.

Good on her:thumb

I have CCTV in the car park.

I also sort of know the dozy bint in question, as do quiet a few on here :blast:blast:blast:blast:blast:blast

Stupid fecken woman:mad:

Where is St Eptoe`s thread about "would you marry again." :spitfire

I thought it was only this man that ranted about customers like that............. :augie

I'm all for sex equality, so let her do her own dirty work!

She knocked the bike over - she can tell him herself. :thumb2

Was there any inTENT

Is there a Marque on the bike
:augie

I have asked repeatedly and cant get a straight answer out of the MRT. Ill ask again this week but think maybes you will have to look elsewhere.
Remember it was them that said they wanted to part with it :o Sorry J

Damage to the bike so far looks like exhaust guard and hand guards. £100/£130. They dont drop as well as a GS

I didnt even check the car to see what she has done to that :eek

Estimate now £280 +VAT
Perhaps my initial post was too cryptic, dozy bint is Mrs GC :handbag
Insurance excess is only £100 and protected so am going down that route.
I feel as though he is, well, Im not very happy about his reaction
Scratch on the footpegs and he wants 2 new sets ffs + 2 hours labout to fit the parts :nenau even I could fit these bits. :blast

Ask your insurance to send an Assesor, I bet he don't get all the things he wants then:augie
They ain't stupid :)
and if he's that anal, shove the bike up his arse :thumb

Protected NCB is fine, but ultimately total bollix- they'll guard your 50% discount but put up your premiums by 60% to compensate......smoke and mirrors!

Insurance is a mug's game where nobody wins apart from those in the big chairs :(

Assassinate the bike owner now before it gets out of hand :)
