As a few of you may know, I have had some issues with CW Motorcycles and BWM customer service.
After contacting Wally at CW's (as recommended by somone from this forum - incidentally I have never met Wally) I was able to resolve all my issues with CW's. So it's a big, big thank you to Wally and all the boys at CW's
and it's big thumbs down to BWM customer service who took nearly 6 weeks to reply to my letters.
I have now seen some of the legendary service for which CW's are famous and look forward to a long and happy relationship with this dealer.
So, credit where credit's due!
