Hiya,
Not been this far North of the forum for a good while.

Just had a text from mi mat Dave (inkytiff) off this 'ere forum (southern section) and he's got a problem with his helmet. Apart from needing to see his doctor, he also has a problem with his Arai. TourX, I believe. He's just North of Pitlochry and desperately needs to find an Arai dealer North of Pitlochry.
I need to get back to his ASAP so he can get it sorted in the morning.

Probably best to look for an Arai Five Star Dealership if he's needing something repaired or replaced. What exactly is his problem?

Just to let you know, got a text late last night.

May have to tape visor on & get it sorted on way southbound....btw, Scotland is shut!!"

Thanks, to you guys, he's got numbers of dealers & help for his return leg.
Sounds like the visor ratchet system has broken/lost rather than a cracked visor.

Not heard anything else as yet.

Just had a text from Pinkytiff. Industrial strength velcro has effected a temporary repair which withstood gales at John o' Groats today. Good luck to him for the rest of his trip and I hope he's got some warm gear with him.
