Hi!

I'm doing an alternator swap (Denso to Bosch) on my R1200GS and am looking for a control connector to the Bosch alternator. It comes on the R1200GS ADV or the R1200RT bikes. Unfortunately here in the US one cannot buy replacement pigtails for these - one must purchase the entire freaking CAN bus harness. For a silly 2-position plug? yoiks!

I'm hoping someone here has solved this problem. Or maybe someone here knows the connector series and manufacturer that BMW used.

Thanks.

Steve

AMP's Jr. Timer series has been long used by Audi, BMW and Mercedes. It is used on some of the connectors for our bikes (injectors) but the vast majority is something new. I wish it were Jr. Timer as I have a great source of them here stateside.

here's a pic of where it plugs in

the connector will look like this in overall shape. the difference will be that I am looking for a two-conductor version (with one pin stuffed). the key slot will be aligned with the pin.
