Hi Sean, that was magic...
Thought of going on a long road trip with my sons would be absolutley fabulous but alas not to be. My youngest (23) set out on his training to pass his test and declared that the accompanied road ride was "the most frightening 2 hours of his life" & gave up....ah well.....dream on Dad!!!!

A couple of years ago we took my son trail riding (his first ever ride) on Xmas day.
He says "Dad, why weren't all christmas's like this"?
Priceless

I'm picking him up from the station in a few hours after not seeing him for over 6 months, this thread has further prompted me to do more with him 'while I can'.
