South Hams cafe

I'm going to ride from Cornwall to the South Hams in Devon tomorrow, via the Torpoint Ferry. Can anyone recommend a cafe anywhere between Bodmin and Torpoint and again from Plymouth towards Newton Ferrers?

I'll probably end up in the Swan at Noss Mayo for lunch as its the only pub I know in the area!

It's a tad late, but make a note for your next visit. If you're in the South Hams area then Aune Valley Meat's the place to go. It's a farm shop with a cafe and, if you've never been, you're missing one of the best lunch stops in Devon. They have some superb items on the menu, but make sure you don't forget to try the raspberry and white chocolate flapjack.
