Took my bike in for 12000 service yesterday and just want to say how impressed I was with the whole experience. I'm the first to complain if I get bad service, so I do believe in giving credit when it's due. First off, the young guy Mike on reception knows a thing or two about customer service and good old fashioned courtesy, well done. Then there's Tony, he's the technician who was working yesterday, brilliant, went out of his way to sort a problem I had with my centre-stand, something I didn't give them any warning about.
Simon was as always helpful and informative, and finally a great bacon roll at their cafe
