If you find yourself south of Glasgow heading south, take the A713/712 to get yourself back to the M6, great biking road, few speed limits through villages, but this apart just loads of great bends mostly with good visibility, low traffic and no cops or cameras.:clap

Not a stone's throw away from one of my all-time favourite 'GS-Roads'... Straiton to Glentrool Village, only 20 miles, but one of the best twisty, upsy-downy single-track roads you'll find anywhere... great fun on a GS :thumb

Dinnae worry mate, ye're no the only yin:blast , chucked my vfr750 intae a ditch aboot 9 miles fae ma mums hoose:augie . If ye were in Dumfries Infirmary ye may hae seen her (she was a senior sister in A&E);)
