Spa hotel Northern France

As Valentines Day approaches I'm feeling all romantic! Can anyone recommend a good spa hotel in northern France, about 2 hours drive from the Eurotunnel? I'm after the usual; great food, romantic setting, somewhere in the countryside.

what about the thallassa hotel at le touquet?, i stayed in the one at carnac for a few days and it was really nice, you could also combine this with a good day around saint valery sur somme.
