Spain/Morocco mid October

I'm planning about 10 days or so in Morocco from around the 9th October to the 19th.
General/loose plan is ferry to Santander about the 7th, ride down to Analucia to stop off at my brother's place for a day or so, then down to get the ferry accross to land in Morocco on the 9th-ish, back to southern Spain about the 19th. dates are slightly flexible up to a point so can shift slightly to suit if anyone wants to tag along.

I bought the bike for the trip from Steptoe recently, and whilst chatting to him I remembered that he'd done Morocco a few times, so as I'm a Morocco virgin I asked him to do a route for me based on the following :-
1 I've ridden a fair bit off road over the years on a variety of suitable and unsuitable bikes, including my 1200 (now sold), though no offroad god by any means.

2 Likely travelling on my own so don't want a route that is too challenging as I don't want to break or sprain something in the middle of nowhere on my tod.

3 Spend around 7-10 days in Morocco, not taking camping gear, using moderately/cheap priced hotels.

4 Timing is a wee bit flexible but I want to see a mate in Malaga on the 19th Oct on the way back, then a family reunion in Andalucia on 21-23, then Santander and home.

5 Working backwards on that timescale I'd say leaving for Santander around the 4th from Portsmouth, returning same route the 24th.

Having said all of that, If anyone who's been before wants to come then I'd gladly be guided by their experience and advice as well as be happy of the company, If not then I'm off solo anyway.

Well I'm planning to leave my brother's place in Andalucia to head south for the Morocco ferry around the 8th, so if you want to team up for a week to ten days let me know DK. I'll be booking the Santander ferry early this week, probably for the for the 4th. Any body else interested please let me know as I'll likely just book a recliner and kip on the floor, but if anybody wants to share a cabin I'd go for that.

Portsmouth - Santander ferry booked for the 4th, return 24th.
Meeting up with DK down near Gibraltar somewhere, around the the 8th/9th.

Whereabouts in andalucia you going, i'm down there from roughly the 19-25oct at my parents place about 40 mile north of almeria if you're anywhere near and fancy a day trip out somewhere after morocco.

Would love to normal Mr. P, but on the way back I'm meeting up with my sons and brother at his place for wee reunion, just a few days, then heading back up to Santander. Shame really as the ramblas are great fun.

Rents place aint far from there, just outside of Albox. Whether I will want to ride after my 3k trip down there is another matter but I fancy buggering off for a couple of days down to Gib or maybe just a couple of light days tottering around the local area.

I'm going back from Santander too but 2 days later as I wanted to ship to Plymouth and meet up with some friends in Newquay for a few days.
