Spare BMW 3 Series Key Fob Required

I have a 2007 3 Series and need to get a spare remote fob (BMW want £170)
Any ideas?
Know of a Locksmith that can supply and code the fob to my key? (type that pushes into dash with no visible key)

Dunno about the 3 series, but since we can all now post any old shite about cars in the 1200 section, does anyone know a decent body shop in the Fareham area that does jobs for cash ?
