YOFFI, AKA " Red" perhaps??? or one of his associates??
Magic group. Your location Southampton. Main Harley dealer perhaps?

Is that why lots of people I know are going to Steve Pipers in Eastleigh :D

Steptoe, as a local, with several mates who have Harleys, your assumption is possibly correct. Good to buy from, not allegedly so good afterwards. This is of course, a hypothetical situation
for every one we lose to pipers! five return.

i can live with that :D

check out some of my usual work. http://www.bike-pix.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16074

Out of curiosity, is Dillinger and the "virtically challenged bloke" one in the same person or is he/she just linked to SPC???
Dillinger is TJ the Sales manager from Balderston motorcycles

Is there a maths problem here :D Or has this got something to do with the time / space continuim?

the shop was busy with i guess a few deals going down,
oddly enough this was what spc was like when i last visited :nenau

I am saddened at the loss of SPC, I used to go there most saturdays, always felt like it was a social place, a place where you could go just for coffee and cake, or buy a bike, I bought 4 bikes there, always had good service, you were made to feel welcome whatever. Bob was always polite, not forthcoming but polite, not been to any other BMW dealerships and felt that welcome, I have no doubt that whatever happened there was not premeditated, either bad luck or naivety. I wish all at SPC the best. You will be missed. :beerjug:

I was on the BMW stand at the bike show today and the staff on their reckon that 4 weeks and SPC should be back up and running. They did say it will not be trading under the same name though

CPS?

just a thought :D

FWIW I popped into SPC during a rideout late Saturday and was genuinely saddened to witness the reality of a cold dark and empty showroom and forecourt with its front doors firmly closed and notices posted up in explanation. I gave a thought to all the staff who used to work there and the bikes and stuff on display, the busy nature of how it all used to be compared with that hollow feeling now that the place stands empty and lifeless.

Personally, and despite whatever anyone else says or implies, having now seen the place stood empty I sincerely hope to see the dealership reopen regardless of whos name goes over the door otherwise the place will probably be turned into yet another brownfield housing development and Bob & Co's loss will also become my local bikings loss.

I was told the same by a BM employee at the NEC on Saturday.

Whereabouts near Portsmouth are you, Nasty1? I'm in Denmead.
