Speed Bleeders ? Sizes and Quantities?

I have an 08 GS and liked using speed bleeders on my Ducati.

I've searched the forums and looked at the Speed Bleeder website emailing them without receiving a reply :-(

The website says:-

Front SB8125L One for each caliper ? = 2
Rear SB6100 One for the caliper = 1
Clutch SB1010S One for the piston = 1

Are any others needed for this ?

I know absolutely nothing about Speed Bleeders but I do know Demon Tweeks sell them, and they are usually very helpful, it might be worth dropping them an email of giving them a call.
