Speeding up Video

Hi

I have a one hour video file which I want to speed up x 12 to produce a fast video (Benny Hill Chase style)

DOes anybody know of software that will do this for me

you can do it in msn movie maker it's under effects I think from memory it's speed and 100% increase can't remember but its in there. obviously you can speed up a clip you've speeded up and so on.

Premier does it as well but premier pro is expensive I also think you can now edit with a youtube download.

best of luck

best to get the music first then speed the piece up so it's the same speed as the BPM of the track
