Guys, Bertha has a dodgy bit of cork shoved in the speedo drive (since it was all removed to fit the electronic speedo) which I'm sure can be sealed properly.

Where can I get a proper blanking plate and what sort of money?

I've emailed Moorespeed because I'm sure I heard they can do them, but I haven't had a reply yet, just wondering what options there are.

Its ok guys, just spoken to Rich at moorespeed, job done.

What a top guy, certainly knows his stuff and is very helpful.

Was just about to suggest Moorespeed.Beat me to it.:D

My old Airshed, had an IMO computer so no need for the speedo cable.

I removed the inner cable, cut the outer to length and it served as the gearbox breather:)

Unfortunately dad just threw it all in the bin and popped a bit of cork in the hole, so I have no gubbins to fashion anything out of.

The Moorespeed option isn't too dear and it is properly sealed, somewhat better than the cork option anyway :D:D:D
