Spline lube on the clutch end

Good day, fellow inmates...

Can't remember if I saw it here or on Advrider, but searching either site, I can't find it...

Sometime back, I remember seeing a bit of pictorial on how to lube the clutch end splines on the 1150s. The pics showed how to go in after pulling the starter, using a syringe and a long metal needle to get some lube into the front splines...

Sound familiar to anyone...or has my mind slipped yet another cog?

I've been around the bend on several journeys, especially today as the temperature was indicating 118*F while out for a ride.

Talk about BMW air flow wear, I could smell the chest hairs smouldering.:cool
