Split in drive shaft rubber on my 6 week old GSA

I wonder if it could just be a bad design and or crap rubber,manufacture fault on the LC ?

It's been fixed

Had the 6k service today and the dealership replaced the boot as well under warranty. I spoke to three different people about this and all genuinely hadn't seen it before. Lets see how this one lasts as I'm off roading again at the week end
