Splitting out a pdf

I've been sent a pdf with some graphics artwork in there.

Any thoughts as to how I can best split this out to get the bits I want into jpeg/gif format??

A basic way would be to copy the page or artwork to 'Paint' and save it as a .jpg. The usual way is to open Paint and do 'prtscrn' or Alt 'prtscrn' and in paint select 'edit' and 'paste'.

Adobe reader v8 is pretty good at letting you select pictures/images directly from the file. (If you don't have that version, it is a free upgrade)

Go to 'Tools' - 'Select & Zoom' and choose the 'Select Tool' Then you simply left click and drag over the area/image you want, right click, select copy. Then open your image tool of choice (even Paint will work), hit Paste and voile, Bob is indeed your uncle
