Anyone got any pics or recommendations for the above on a 12GS? The sloping angle of the top bar makes this a bit tricky and mounting on the limited horizontal puts the lights a bit too close to the silver tank panels.
Mine fitted on Saturday and not entirely happy with the result.
Don't really want to mess around under the beak as have the OEM fogs fitted.
Thanks for any suggestions
Nick

Light's

Dont know if you had any private pm's,but i have the SW motech upper bars on mine and they come with a spotlight bracket welded on to the front of the bar's but inside the upper tube's.
If i remember, people have said that if you go to a cycle shop you can get rubber over steel round brackets to wrap around them then fabricate an angle bracket from that to the light's.
Mike.

May have a solution with a Powersports Universal Bracket if I can work out how to get it here from the US without prohibitive postal costs

SW Motech make a spotlight bracket for their bars.

Hope this helps

We tried these on the day of installation but there are two issues.
1. The bars are slightly oval due to the bending process and as such are difficult to fit clamps to
2. The clamps offer a light mounting platform which is parallel to the bar itself. The bars are angled and therefore the light get pitched to the angle of the bars.

I have a brand spanking set in stock! (in black for 27mm bars)

(Sorry for jumping in Nick ......)

That looks like it's a viable solution.
