So,I've finally got round to fitting my spots which were originally on my 05 1150 gsa se and have been on every GS since so they're now on their 4th GS.

All wired up and everything works OK I took the live feed for the lights direct from the battery with an in-line fuse and the feed for the switch from the accessory socket below the clocks, just the same basically as they've always been wired.

However, when I switch the ignition on then switch the lights on,they come on fine, switch them off and they turn off. no problem.

But,if I switch the ignition on, switch the lights on then turn the ignition off without switching the lights off at the switch they remain on for about 90 seconds then turn off.

It's not a problem I just wondered why? as they've never done this before.

Anyone know ?

Steve

They will also stay on if you plug in a BM charger!!

However they will go out while the engine is being cranked. Saves extra load on the battery.
