Mr smudger has had to drop out giving us plenty of room for a small erection in the garden......
We are on the overnight boat from Portsmouth to St malo on the 17th may....
Returning Cherbourg Portsmouth fast cat Sunday evening....timings etc are detailed back up the thread!!!!

fuck it ! i'm different ...... and don't you forget it . i'm going newhaven - dieppe ( cos'm a cheapskate ) . you lot will be getting off your boat ....and i'll be having breakfast in paris !
excellent... i'll sort directions to the house for those that will not be with us on the St Malo boat!....
Dieppe to Plessala in Google maps gives you the most direct route... the house is a mile from Plessala and dead easy to find.
following the normal french style of signposting the next major town... you should look to take this route....
Dieppe>Rouen>Le Harve>Caen>St Malo>Saint Brieuc>Lambelle>Moncontour>Plessala>Le Bas De La Lande> 2nd house on the left!
so, arrive in Plessala and position the church to your left and the town square to your right...... the Bakery/Tabac/Flower shop will all be on your right......
Straight ahead you will see a hairdressers and a road take this road, you will pass a small supermarket and petrol station within 100 yards....... keep going for around a mile and the road will dip past a water mill...... take the road until you reach a small hamlet called "Le Bas De La Lande".... there is a large house on the right.. (Not mine) and a "longere" on the left that has been converted into three houses, (Like a terraced barn conversion) we will be in the middle one!..... for those of you not traveling on the St Malo boat PM me and i'll send you my Mobile number, if you want i'm happy to talk through the directions!..
