All I can say is some of you have defanatly got more money than you know what to do with, nothing dangerous or wrong with that tyre,
To me that's got loads of life left in it,

Ian

If you are happy riding on your tyres as they are, carry on. They are legal and will still grip the road.
If you don't like how they feel, change them.

The wonderful thing about advice is, it is freely given, and, you don't have to take it.

Nah it won't.
It's just a square tyre guys.
Replace (both) end of story.

The other thing to try would be tire pressure. Stick 60psi in it. Then you could add more as required - when it gets to 100psi maybe change the rubber. It'll stay round longer.

I have that nearly every year, never noticed any effect on the handling of the bike. Same tyres Michelin Pilot 5’s on a R1200GSA (Hexhead). Change at 2mm tread in the middle.
