When i pull the front brake it started squeeking down at the discs. any ideas why this is and how to stop it? the pad wear is kinda minimal..

Copper grease on the back of the pads (NOT the side that touches the disc :D) - solved it on my car.....

Mike:)

Edit: Great minds Keith ;) - Whilst you've got the pads out - check that the pins are smooth & free from corrosion - if they're not then clean them up with some emery or wet & dry......

wasnt there a thread about this on visordown(sorry for swearing)
something about wd40????? this and brakepads combined apparently have the desired affect??:grndevil :grndevil :grndevil :hapybnce:

Find a piece of sandpaper/emery paper and rub the brake pads, the edges.
Rub the side of the brake pads that touches the brake disc.

I have done that myselfes, and I learned it from a mechanist.
