Sort o' a Granny's Zieg Heilan' Hame Part 2
Me and Robmack met up athe Laggan Pottery Bunkhoose twa Sundays ago and we baith confirmed that this was a crackin venue for wur needs. This was whaur we were gonnie be ha'en an overnighter earlier this month but we cancelled due to folk ha'en too many other commitments.
Rab's suggested that we open it up again and see if anybody fancies it for an overnighter for a run, craic and bevvy. We realise that there's a lot comin up (Doyle's High Roads weekend, GOTC, folks' summer hols and Skye Weekend as well as other UKGSer meets). The big Q's wid be How Many Fancy It and WHEN tae hae it...?
It would cost £24 each for the bunks because you cannae book for only one night: minimum two, but IMHO it's still worth it even for the one night. Obviously some folk would get even better value if they came up for both Friday and Saturday nights.
There's a cracking sittin' room whaur we could chill oot and hae wur swallie. There's a hotel aboot 500 yards up the road if anybody fancied goin oot for a pint but we're stressin that spending a' night in the pub would defeat the purpose o' tryin to hae a fairly cheap overnighter so drinkin' in B/H would be the main attraction.
