'91 R100GS...had the original single brake calliper replaced to a Harrison Billet 6 x pot before my ownership and it seems a new stainless steel braided hose was fabricated for the job.

I've just had the calliper re-furnished and think it's time to replace the brake line too but finding one is becoming quite difficult as everything seems to be 'off the shelf' sizes.

So, 108cm long with 10mm banjo fittings at each end... any ideas where I can get one made up please?

TIA

Jim

I believe that HEL can do a built to spec option.

I use Hel performance for custom lines
Here’s a link to there line builder page hopefully

venhill will be expensive .
i don't buy there and they are 5 miles away.
unless i'm really desperate .

get new hose , with plastic outer covering . and SS fittings.

I use Venhill hoses. They have a system that uses a hose in any length you like and the ends, in many different configurations, screw onto the ends of the hose. Very neat.

Another vote for HEL here; very pleasant company to do business with 👍🏾

Thankyou for your prompt replies/suggestions gents... I'll get on it tomorrow 👍🍻

I’m also a fan of Venhill.
Good service always. Any problems, and they will sort them ASAP.
Not sure if they are the cheapest, but I have found them very good

Thanks again everyone - decided to go with with HEL... very easy to use configuration system and option of colours so, yellow it is too go with the bumblebee scheme.

Hel Hoses, great choice - British made, near Totnes and Simon the owner is a top chap. All the BSB bikes use his hoses, quite a few of the IOM TT bikes and some of the MotoGP teams too. They are competitively priced as the others. Better than Goodriche.

Ive used wezmoto before. If i remember correctly the guy used to work for HEL.

Venhill are expensive now, but I could get the combo for my bike and they were comparably priced a couple years ago. There are several variations on old airheads, that not many list 'standard' kits. 81 R65 with RT bars and the brass T piece? Not listed. Very happy with the parts and no trouble.
