Staintune pipe - Touratech Panniers?

Greetings!
Anyone know about compatability problems fitting the Touratech panniers to a Dakar fitted with a Staintune pipe. If so, what mods have to be made to the pannier system?

Blimey! There was me thinking I'm odd because I like the F650 and it turns out there's a whole army of you. Thanks, I'll wade my way through the forums over the coming weeks (months even).
