Cat code plug in place (although it was removed until recently as well but it had no difference to the problem) - valves recently adjusted and new spark plugs also recently fitted.

Bike has started stalling when I slow down to stop when the engine is hot. Doesn't seem to have any problems when it's cool first thing in the morning but once it's up to full operating temperature it doesn't want to idle. I'm going to check it on the twin max tonight but it doesn't feel like the throttles our out of synch .
Anything else I should check whilst I'm looking or just up the tickover idle speed on the throttle body ?

Plug leads?

No misfire and it's running sweet at revs so I don't think there's anything wrong with the ignition spark or leads.

set the idle when hot.

Yup - will do. When I get back from work tonight it'll be hot and I'll stick it on the twin max right away. Just had a quick look at it during my lunch break and the throttle cable on the twist grip end is wound right in and the lock nut was loose so I'm thinking now that it maybe has worked loose and allowed the throttle cable to slacken right off and therefore effectively no idle - but it's still odd that it only dies when hot :nenau

Depends what your idling speed is set at ?

If it's a 1000+ and it's still dying, it maybe the hall sender unit.
