Standard handlebar bolts?

Does anybody know the standard length and width of the handlebar clamp mount bolts
Just realised I’ve got bar rises on my bike which I don’t find comfortable at all
Which I want to remove, but obviously the bolts that are in place will be too long once I remove the riser
