Has anyone got the remote volume control fitted, "VOL-02" ?

Is it worthwhile adding to make it a bit easier to change the volume?

I have and very handy it is too.I find that sometimes on a ride things can sometimes get a bit fraught,you know roadworks,cars doing strange things that sort of thing and been able to turn the music off for a minute or so aids concentration that bit more.

I have star com digital linked to phone and tomtom rider (original) by blue tooth. Have my MP3 player plugged in by cable.
All works a treat and has for years!
Used it all on my ZZR1200 but now have put it on my GSA (2010). Works well but am getting 'generator' or spark plug noise(??) especially with intercom.
Mounted under seat and connected direct to battery.
Any ideas?
