Anyone know of an auto electrical service in or around Lincoln that I could get my 1100 starter motor reconditioned.

Refurb

There is, or used to be, an old school type of auto electrical place on the Newark road. Dunno the name but it is up near where hein gericke used to be, or within half a mile of the ESso garage, towards town, if that helps. Sorrry can' t be more exact but it was a few years ago they did a car starter motor for me.

Have you tried the BMW bike specialist just under Pelham Bridge? He might know someone if he can't do it himself.

Yes I know RWH use them all the time, although they're not BMW specialists - but very good non the less.
