T'other morning, opened the garage, hit the tit twice and clicked the start button - nada 
realised that the dash had not lit up on the second prod of the tit.
realised that the steering lock was jammed
realised that when I had locked it, I was probably on it, I had then lent it on the side stand and the wheel was hard against the tool box, and that stopped the lock unlocking.
stood it up and all was well.
Don't panic!
