flatdog Registered user Joined Sep 28, 2008 Messages 5,446 Reaction score 2 Location Havant - Hampshire May 31, 2011 #2 Sounds like your cable junction wheel under the battery box is probably seizing on it's shaft. - well mine did and it's not funny when riding. Do a search on replacing throttle cables as this fix is well documented. Fiddly job but you will feel the difference. I replaced all the cables at the same time, but messed up my TB's balancing.

Down Jun 1, 2011 #4 Check the twistgrip If it is the twistgrip sticking, this problem has been done to death before. If it is the twistgrip, loosen the 2 screws clamping it into the bars, & move the twistgrip in aroudn 0.5 - 1mm. Retighten screws & job done. Myke
