Slightly baffled at the moment. Helped a mate replace a clutch and pressure plate + bearing/seals in his 1150GS. Got everything put back together but noticed you can't pull in the clutch as it only moves a couple of mm and rock solid.
The slave cylinder was replaced not long ago and all nice and clean. The swingarm is still off and can get a reasonable view of the setup and everything looks ok. Just bled the clutch again and once you open the bleeding scew you can pull the clutch in fine and it pumps. The moment you close the system at the top of the reservoir and by the bleeding screw the clutch lever does not move.
What am I doing wrong

Suggestions appreciated thanks
