STOLEN from Bideford, Devon

Devon you are a star.

I have left a message with the PC dealing with the theft and fingers crossed it will be recovered with not too much heart ache.

Thanks again.

I am away now until late monday with no computer access: hopefully you can post that you have your bike returned before I get back :thumb

I just want to say I had some great news from the police today, they found my bike and I recovered it this morning with only damage to the ignition switch.

So heres a big thank you to Pikeydave for uploading my photo and Devon for spotting and reporting a sighting in Blights garage. Without the help of the people on this forum I don't think I could have expected a better result.

I also think that the Bideford police and DC Major in particular should be congratulated for their quick and brilliant work.

If Sid is reading this can you email me at ivshep at btinternet dot com and I will tell you where it was found. I don't want to publicly say because the house is rented by the thief and the owners are quite innocent of any wrong doing.

Thanks again Ian.

The bit that gets on my tits is if you rob a post office and get away with a couple of 100 quid you do time.
Some scum bastard nicks a bike worth a few grand or more and will know doubt get a warning or community service... So along with Valker I must agree name and shame the thieving cu.t

Well done to all on the forum, and the Police (who are know doubt just as frustrated with the possible outcome)

should we have an evening ride out at the gentlemans weekend and maybee ride past his place a few times and then invite him to join us for a few drinks:augie:augie before tying him to a tree and using him to empty our bags onto for the rest of the weekend :green gri

edit: yes there have been a few:blast lost control of some quotes :D:D

All that ammonia will certainly make his eyes water if we do !!!

Great result :thumb2

Great result.:)

Hope the moron did not damage it too much. Let us know if you want any help with any repairs.

Bideford police are very good, I know a few of them and they are a good bunch.

Perhaps we could invite the thief around to Airhead weekend so he can admire many more airheads and then we could bury the bastard somewhere in my 12 acres of secluded woodlands.:)

Badgerrrrrr. email me and I will tell you but as I said I don't want to implicate an innocent family.
The guy is in custardy and it looks like he is going to be looking for alternative accomadation very soon, hopefully at Her Majesty's pleasure.

Asking him to Sids wee-kend sounds like great entertainment to me.

Great news and some excellent team work done there. :thumb2

We should all be proud of how we can look after each other. :beerjug:

Time for two extra things now.....

A bit of summary justice in one direction.

And perhaps a £12 donation in a certain other direction. :augie

Tarka, you are of course right there, and I thought myself it's the least I could do.
So now can I call myself a "tosser" :eek
