stop and tail bulbs

I'm looking for some new stop and tail bulbs , I'd like some a bit brighter with a quicker reaction time
I've been eyeing these

No science to back me up, but I don't see how any filament bulb can out perform another on "reaction time"

Changed my rear light to an LED one and my indicators to LEDs including extra brake lights.

they're bright
they state 'easy to fit' are they ??
