It looks like some are faulty I guess.........

No doubt this is why I was steered towards them by the dealer, no doubt he had a set out the back.........

I'm gonna invest in a rear brake pedal extender as the standard one doesn't seem to stick out enough and I keep missing it unless I twist my toe inwards. As usual I have no idea who comes up with the prices for such gizzmos but if we keep paying.....

There seems like a good buiness out there for someone to undercut the likes of touratech on e-bay with gizmos n gadgets

Mine doesn't weave, even two up at erm many many lots miles per hour :augie

As for the indicators......I'm just getting used to them but I dont think they are an evolution or a revolution to be honest. 3 buttons to indicate? might as well have 3 gear selectors, one for up, one for down and one for neutral. It would make more sense having just 2 buttons and using a tap for on and tap the same button for off. Or, now this is a wild and fantastic idea and you never know it might just catch on, how about just one button that does all the jobs of the 3 buttons :clap

I'm sure the Beemerphiles will flame me over this but tough titty i'm wearing my nomex yfronts :thumb

That would be brilliant. It'd probably take a lot of research before they get it just right, but even now I can just imagine the day that we'd be able to accelerate away from a turning and cancel our indicators in a single movement without the need for double jointed thumbs! Oh the joy!

It was a faulty front tyre by the way. Pidcocks Nottingham changed it with no quibble and 90 % fixed the wobble..........

Nice one.. obviously want some more money at a later date. I put on Conti Tral Att. when my tourances wore out... in my opinion they are only road tires. Just try driving across the damp front garden... slippery as a greased pig! I prefer them on the road vs the tourances but definately not a dual use tyre IMO.

Had Trail attacks and Road attacks. No weaves with either, panniers + top box no problem. Have got Adv screen and winglets though. In the wet, particularly if a cold day, RA's offer much better road grip than TA's and greater confidence. Will not buy either again though as both types 'scalloped' badly when half worn. i.e. tread block 'front to rear' wear was vastly different, and its not how I ride as other tyres have not done this. Keep an eye out for it. Using Dunlop Roadsmarts now. delighted so far. P.S. 42K miles up now in all seasons and no probs. Enjoy.

Changed from Tourances to Trail Attacks recently. Noticed that at low speed the front felt heavier at first with a bit more persuasion needed bar end.
First set of Contis for me, I like em and glad I changed.:D

Welcome to the board, glad you got the weave sorted out, the indicators get better with time, i rode my friends kawasaki yesterday and "normal" indicators felt odd after 6 months on the GSA. Still not used to the horn though.....I still end up aggressively indicating left most of the time :blast

I felt a slight weave from my bike when heavily laden and 'pressing on' (stock suspension). Dial up the rear preload setting and that should improve the balance between front and rear somehwat but the weave may still be slightly evident.

I now have Wilbers suspension built a lot stiffer at the rear than standard and haven't had the weave since regardless of bike loading, tyre pressures or road speed.

I have the Conti's on my 1150, had to have the front one ballanced twice but there's still a slight wobble at 20mph, rock solid after that:thumb2

Welcome along by the way:)

same here it drives me nuts:blast its a shame as when your on it wet or dry thay are a good tyre.

once you get used to the indicators you wont want to go back:thumb2
