Out with the lads in Derbyshire today and Mr. Pheasant decides now is a good time to fly across my path and into the right hand handguard. Quality of the extension piece was c**p and the damn thing shattered. The poor bird was not quite finished off and that was the hardest part for us 'townies' putting it out of its misery!

Must have a word with the guy who makes the extension pieces about their strength!!!

Not at all bothered about dead things. A phesant is a phesant but the barn owl, sad photo.

Are there lots of them in the UK or are they becoming rare???
