Stubby tail pipe for 1150

Just a little update for those of you still on the fence about switching over to a stubby. I've had mine on for only 800 miles or so, but the responses from people have been essentially unanimous -- and it bears mention that I spent all of last weekend at a rally where there were several hundred people to "hear" the bike.

Of everyone to hear the bike, none were able to tell any difference in terms of volume and only one was able to say that something sounded different prior to me pointing out the stubby. All others were only able to identify the different sound after they saw that I had installed the stubby.

My point is that if you have any doubts about the stubby in terms of the bike becoming annoyingly loud, you needn't worry.

and my R1150R was MOT'd last week with it fitted and the tester never made mention of it .

Saying that it will soon be removed....:)
