Stuck fitting back brake pads

I listened carefully to my dealers instuctions on changing my rear brake pads but have got stuck in the middle of the job.

Stress levels are high.

I have looked at the technical FAQ by mouse on changing pads but can't quite apply it to my bike.

Is there anyone out there who could talk me through it as my bike (an 07 1200GS) is in bits?

Thanks to everyone that replied or rung me. In particular to Patrick and Ty who patiently talked me through my mechanical ineptitude and sent emails of veraious parts of the BMW manual.
