The gearbox plugs seem to be self tightening, I put some spare agri ep80w90 in to flush out that purple stuff and rode it for 50 miles, when I tried to undo the filler it was a lot tighter than I had put in in.

When did ye get yer Torque wrench and has it a valid calibration cert?
30 NM only LOL Ah I forgot you changed from Alloy washers too didn't you?
I only put them in to 25nm according to my cranial torque wrench, with a normal Allen key, I needed a hex bit from the new facom expert set to which I have treated my self, to get them undone. My next purchase will be a torque wrench, at least I can claim the vat back and its a legitimate business expense.
