OK, so I have had some issues recently, the bike is a 99 model 1150 with hard off tar useage, recently replaced the starter magnets loose.

Recently replaced hall sensor, now doubt if that was the issue...

Side stand switch disabled, lambda disconnected

The symptom was that after about 5 miles a misfire let it cool runs again, I said Hall, but when I replaced the Hall (some soldering by me to fit plug so always suspect) it ran but after about 5 miles of not running bad but not nice it stopped, switch ignition on no fuel pump trigger, so I changed fuel pump still no fuel pump trigger yes I checked fuses any ideas cos I am stumped :blast

From memory, the bits which are interlocked and prevent the pump from priming are: side-stand switch, clutch lever, neutral indicator and kill-switch. There's your starting point, and I believe that the wiring loom around the headstock can give the same problems when it deteriorates and breaks.

I agree, just that it ran and it was a misfiring deterioration not an on off like a switch issue and the starter still spins it:blast

Have you checked the vent holes in the fuel tank - it sounds like vapour lock. Makes sure the holes in the filler neck aren't blocked.

Could it be the wiring to the ignition switch? This is prone to breaking inside the sleeve due to flexing. You can't see it for the sleeve. Do the neutral light, oil light etc switch on when you have the problem?

Swopped relays around seems to prime, will put it all together in the morning and see if she runs :nenau
