Stupid Breather Question

Hi all,

I had the back of the tank up on my 1150 today to tidy up some wiring. I noticed what looks like an unconnected breather pipe that I don't remember seeing before. It may have been tucked away though. It's on the air intake side, see photo below.

Now it looks like it might be a battery breather, seems to be in the right sort of place. The current battery is a Numax and doesn't appear to have a vent to attach it to.

Based on the position does this look like a battery breather pipe? I can't see anything else under there that it might connect to.

Thanks for that. Yeah I think the battery is a gel one hence the lack of vent. I'll tuck the pipe out of the way then

oh...I use that as a catheter pipe.

Did burn a bit when I first inserted it mind.
