A poor Dinner Lady at my Grandchildrens' school dining area has been suspended in a similar row.

When my grandson Edward (aged 6) took his turn at the serving hatch, she gave him a boiled ham salad as requested by him. Spoiling the lad slightly (being a friend of the family) she asked him, "More ham, Ed?" and a young Asian girl in the queue then reported the matter to her Iman (or was it her Nan's man? )

Anyway, Mrs Savage is now suspended
