Sudden lack of Mapsource detail?

Weird problem - I have suddenly lost detail on my CN Europe V9 - I have used this version for the last year and now all of a sudden it looks like I only have the basemap showing in Mapsource.

The detail is set to Highest and the correct version is showing as being used! The only thing that I have done since I last used Mapsource is to order this years update DVD on line.... can that have caused it? I also went through the unlock procedure again just in case Mapsource had somehow 'lost' my unlock code.

Very frustrating!!! any advice would be appreciated

If it's not unlocked, it will show basemap detail... you sure it took?

Maybe you hit Ctrl+G (Hide GPS Map Detail). Try Ctrl+G again, it should restore detail, worth a try...

Yep, a few weeks ago I spent a frustrating hour wondering what I had done. I think I changed this under the tool or view list. It was 'hide GPS map detail' though.
