suffolk independent for servicing?

Anyone know a decent independent garage/mechanic able to care for my 1150GSA? Just got it and I am desperate not to take it to my usual garage - a Honda dealership that charges big time and has had my R1100RT for THREE WEEKS for an MOT and a new rear disc and it's still not ready! I am about seven miles from Ipswich.
