Any recommendations for summer boots? My feet are getting too hot:cool

Before you spend money on new boots, try some Outlast socks. I was pleasantly surprised at how effective they were at regulating the temperature of my feet during a tour around Northern California last year. At times it was 102 deg F in the Napa Valley and my feet felt fine inside my TCX Infinity Gore-Tex boots.

I find my HG Tuaregs comfortable all the year round, but I think that's partly due to wearing 'technical' socks, ie ones that keep you warm when it's cold and cool when it's warm.

Yep.. different socks for summer and winter works for me too.

I have some Frank Thomas sports boots which have vented leather on the front where you usually get a nice breeze onto your feet but with the GS the cylinder heads block that breeze so they don't help as much! As others say, I think looking at socks might be the way to go, especially on a boxer.
